Dean Starkman on the Pandora Papers

The Pandora Papers is the biggest journalism collaboration in history, says CMDS Fellow Dean Starkman, a senior editor of the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ).
ICIJ is the organization that organized and led the work of over 600 reporters from 160 news organizations around the globe to investigate the biggest leak of offshore data ever. The documents had information on 330 senior public officials, 46 Russian oligarchs and 130 billionaires.
